About Greetings Cards

  • What size cards do you offer?  -  Cards come in 3 sizes (15 x 15 cm, 12.7 x 17.8 cm and 10.5 x 14.8 cm (A6), tickets are 20.5 x 9.5 cm. - measurements are approximate) but each design is offered in only one size, as stated on the listing.  
  • What weight is the card you use?  -  Card weight varies depending on the size, but no less than 250 gsm.
  • Can I design my own card?  -  Unfortunately I don't offer an online design service, but would be happy to help you with your own design.  Just use the 'Get In Touch' form, and send me the details of what you'd like.
  • Are the cards blank inside?  -  The scratch and reveal cards are, but all other cards have an option for you to add your own personal message.
  • Do the cards come with envelopes?  -  Yes, all cards, and tickets are supplied with envelopes.

About Prints

  • What size are your prints?  -  Prints are printed on either A4 or A5 photo paper, though the actual print size will vary depending on the design.
  • Are the prints framed?  -  No, I don't offer framed prints.
  • What's 'print at home' mean?  -  Just that!  I'll layout the design as I would if I was printing it for you, but instead of sending you an actual print, I will send you a JPG file, which you can print off yourself at home (make sure you have access to a pc (or printing app) and a printer before ordering.
  • Can you do me a custom print?  -  I'd be happy to help with a custom design - just send me the details using the Get In Touch form

General FAQ's

  • What's your turnaround?  -  You'll find estimated processing/despatch times here.
  • How do you post out orders?  -  I use Royal Mail. 1st and 2nd class options are available at the checkout.
  • Where's my order?  -  You will receive an email to let you know that your order is despatched, but there is no guarantee as to when it will arrrive.  1st class post should be 1 - 2 working days from despatch, 2nd class 2 - 3 working days, but neither of these are guaranteed services and your order may take longer to arrive.
  • What do I do if my order's wrong?  -  First of all, check your order in the 'my account' area (or check it from your invoice/or online conversations).  If there is an error on my part, I will replace the item at no extra cost to you, but I would need a photograph of the error.  If it's your own mistake though, items will not be replaced free of charge.  Note that decals must be checked for error before removing the application tape.  See the returns policy here.
  • If I order a mix of item will they all go out together?  -  Yes.  All items from the same order will go in one package
  • I forgot to order something, can I add to my order?  -  Please contact me as soon as possible.  If I haven't completed your order, and there's time to do it before posting, then I can invoice you for extra items.
