Delivery

I use Royal Mail for posting orders.  Postage cost starts at £2 for second class, and may rise depending on type/quantity of items ordered. 1st class post is also offered.   Orders over £20 may be sent using a signed for service (this applies to single orders, or a combination of orders totalling £20 or more, which are being posted together).  This will be at our expense, and is not a postage option.

Second class post has an expected delivery time of 2-3 days.  First class post has an expected delivery time of 1-2 days.  Neither of these are guaranteed times.

Returns

Most of my products are customised or personalised in some way.  For vinyl products, black is the default colour.  Almost all vinyl products offer a choice of colour (and so customised).   Only non personalised and/or non customised vinyl requested in black may be returned.  The cost of such returns will be met by you.  Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned goods, and it is advisable that you use a signed for service for your return.  Customised and/or personalised items are non-returnable.

Where an item requires you to add personalisation details, it is your responsibility to ensure that all such personalisation is added correctly - this is includes spelling, grammar and capitalisation.  I am not responsible for any incorrect information given.  

I take great care to ensure that all items leave me in perfect condition, and are made to your specifications (where appropriate).  In the event that your item should arrive either damaged or faulty, or containing an error made by me,  you must inform me within 2 days of receipt of your order.  In this case I will bear the cost of either the replacement or refund.

If your order contains vinyl decals, you will receive an application instruction sheet.  Please read and follow the instructions carefully.  All vinyls are checked for lifting before being sent out, and should lift easily from the backing paper.  Further guidelines are given here.  The instructions you receive guide you through our own application method, but there are other methods, details of which you can easily find online.  All decal orders must be checked on receipt.  You must notify me of any errors before the application tape is removed.

Estimated Processing Times

Vinyl Decals regular – Orders for standard listed decals are normally processed and despatched within 1 working day

Vinyl Decals Custom – Custom decals will take a bit longer.  Depending on the work involved, I would hope to have these processed and despatched within 3 working days

Greetings Cards - are normally processed and despatched withing 3 working day.

Prints and Personalised Prints - are normally processed and despatched within 3 working days.

Times given above are approximate – I will always process your order as quickly as I possibly can, and more often than not orders are completed well within the times given above.
